Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation or receipt)

Certain items may not be eligible for returns due to hygiene and safety reasons, including:

  • Worn clothing

  • Damaged items caused by misuse

  • Final sale items

  • Personalized or custom products


Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item).


Exchanges

We replace items if they are:

  • Defective

  • Damaged during shipping

  • Incorrect product received
